Interior design service process

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Our professional interior design process starts with an initial meeting to understanding your lifestyle and design goals by asking questions and listen carefully to what you require and how you want to live.

We will prepare a proposal that outlines the scope of design services to be performed. The estimate will break down the project by room

DESIGN CONTRACT PHASE

This stage is about gathering inspiration, brainstorming, exploring your goals for form and function, and developing a creative direction for your space. We’ll work closely with you to understand your comfort level with color, pattern, and other key design elements, share inspiration and preliminary design ideas, define specific functional and use needs. And measure and photograph existing spaces.

A written contract will be signed by both parties that will summarize the project scope and cost estimates. We will collect the design retainer outline in the contract and get started on your design plan.

DESIGN PRESENTATION

We will present the personalize design for your space. Depending on the scope of the project the presentation will include

Present design plan including furniture, fabric, window covering, lighting, art, accessories and wallpaper schemes.
Share fabric, paint, and finishings samples.
Select all hard surfaces including tile, countertops, and flooring.
Review client feedback.

Once the presentation has been approved, we will collect the deposit for the products an materials to process the purchasing. Once the product has been ordered it is non-refundable. We will continually communicate with you during the process of managing the purchasing and installation of the project.

INSTALLATION & COMPLETION

Trust our team to make sure that the finished space is even better than you imagined.

Procure all materials, furnishings, fixtures, lighting, appliances, art, and accessories.
Track and monitor all orders placed.
Coordinate warehouse receiving and inspection.
Work closely with the contractor, subcontractors, and artisans.
Handle budgets and scheduling.
Address any issues promptly.
Deliver and install all lighting, furnishings, accessories, and artwork.
Present the completed interiors with a walk-through of the finished project.
